Getting to the venue
​Delegates arriving in Bangkok can choose from several convenient transport options from both Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) and Don Mueang Airport (DMK) to Avani+ Riverside Bangkok:

Official airport taxi: Available at designated taxi stands at both airports. Tickets are issued from the official queue system, and taxis operate on a meter plus airport surcharge and tolls. Journey time is typically 30–60 minutes, depending on traffic.

Ride-hailing services (Grab/Bolt): Widely used throughout Bangkok, these apps offer fixed fares. Pick-up zones are clearly marked at both airports. Travel time is similar to that of taxis, depending on traffic conditions.

Airport Rail Link + BTS + Shuttle Boat (Suvarnabhumi Airport only): From BKK, take the Airport Rail Link to central Bangkok, transfer to the BTS Skytrain at Phaya Thai or Makkasan, then travel to Saphan Taksin Station. From there, Avani+ Riverside’s complimentary shuttle boat provides direct access to the hotel pier.
