The registration fee includes access to all sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, and the conference reception.

If a registered delegate is unable to attend, they may nominate a substitute delegate, subject to written approval by the organiser. Substitution requests must be submitted by email to info@hwctf.org as soon as possible and must be approved by the organiser before the substitute delegate attends.
