Short courses​
​​
The short courses will take place as half-day or full-day sessions on Monday, 1 March, and are ticketed separately. Further details about the available courses will be published soon.

Conference dinner
​​
The conference dinner will take place on Wednesday, 3 March, on one of Bangkok’s cruise boats. This is ticketed separately, and further details about the cruise will be published soon. ​​

​Forms of payment​​​​
​
Payments may be made by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer as specified in the invoice prepared by the organiser.
​Payments made using credit or debit cards will be processed in GBP. For cards issued in another currency, the card issuer will convert the amount into the cardholder's local currency at the applicable exchange rate and may apply additional fees. ​​Paying via invoice is available for group registrations (e.g., if your institution would like to purchase multiple tickets). Contact us at info@hwctf.org to arrange group registrations (more than 3 delegates).

Cancellation and refund policy

All cancellation requests must be made in writing by email to the organiser at info@hwctf.org. Cancellations via telephone, WhatsApp, text, or other messaging platforms will not be accepted. A cancellation request is treated as received only when the organiser has sent a written confirmation reply.

Registrations cancelled more than 12 weeks before the event will be refunded 70% of the price paid.

Registrations cancelled between 12 weeks and 6 weeks before the event will be refunded 50% of the price paid.

Registration cancelled less than 6 weeks before the event will not be refunded.

Approved refunds will be made using the original payment method where possible. For payments made by credit or debit card, the refund will normally be made to the same card, excluding any transaction fees. For other payments, a bank transfer will be made to the nominated payee account, and any bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
